We charge only for emails with a confidence score of 90% or above. We are proud to guarantee that no more than 5% of the verified email addresses that we charge you for, will bounce. Click here to learn more about our accuracy guarantee.
Should your bounce rate exceed 5% after sending verified email addresses that we charge you for, we will refund the credits charged for those emails.
In order to meet this guarantee, the following criteria needs to be met:
- The incorrect email is reported within 72 hours of being displayed to you.
- Our guarantee only covers emails for which we charge you. We only charge you for emails with verification score of 90% or above.
- Bounces due to internal technical issues, sender reputation, or similar technicalities will not qualify for our guarantee.
To report incorrect email address, please provide the following via email to email@example.com -
- Incorrect email address (that bounced)
- Date on which the incorrect email address was displayed to you
- Date on which the incorrect email address bounced
- Bounce response you received from your email provider
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days, and refunds (that are approved) are made immediately. You will receive refund in the form of credits added back to your LeadCandy account.
