LeadCandy is extremely confident in providing the highest level of accuracy with the verified email addresses, and we only charge for emails that we are sure will not bounce. We are proud to guarantee that no more than 5% of the verified email addresses that we charge you for, will bounce. We only charge you for emails with verification score of 90% or above.

95% Accuracy Guarantee

Should your bounce rate exceed 5% after sending verified email addresses that we charge you for, we will refund the credits charged for those emails.

In order to meet this guarantee, the following criteria needs to be met:

  • The incorrect email is reported within 7 calendar days of being displayed to you. Refer 'Visit Time' column in the contact lookups file ('Contacts Viewed' CSV file) - this is the time when the email was displayed to you.
  • Our guarantee only covers emails for which we charge you. We only charge you for emails with verification score of 90% or above. Refer 'Credits Charged' column in the 'Contacts Viewed' CSV file, which tells you if the credit was charged for that email.
  • Only hard-bounced emails are covered under this guarantee. Bounces due to internal technical issues, sender reputation, or similar technicalities do not qualify for our guarantee.
  • Bounce rate exceeds 5%.

To report incorrect email addresses, please send the list of incorrect email addresses to support@leadcandy.io.
Your list should be in this format, and should include the following information -

  1. Incorrect email address (that bounced)
  2. Date on which the incorrect email address was displayed to you
  3. Date on which the incorrect email address bounced
  4. Bounce response you received from your email provider

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days, and refunds (that are approved) are made immediately. You will receive refund in the form of credits added back to your LeadCandy account.
